What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
Starter gives you everything Leadplex can do, with three monthly caps: 1 campaign, 50 new prospects, 100 emails. Pro removes all caps — unlimited campaigns, unlimited prospects, unlimited emails. Both tiers get the same features.
Do the monthly limits reset?
Yes. The Starter limits (50 prospects, 100 emails) reset on the first of each month. Prospect counts are based on new additions per month — prospects you've already imported stay, you just can't add more beyond the cap until next month.
What happens when I hit my Starter limit?
You'll see an upgrade prompt in the app. You can either upgrade to Pro mid-cycle (takes effect immediately) or wait for the monthly reset. Existing data is never deleted.
Can I switch from Starter to Pro?
Yes — upgrade anytime from your app or from the pricing page. You'll keep all your campaigns, prospects, and emails.
